Reflexallen U.S.A. is located in the Westside of Indianapolis, Indiana. The U.S. plant began production of fluid dynamic parts in 2013 and has since added its own plastics extrusion lines to the existing forming and assembly capabilities. Reflexallen U.S.A. has the capability to design, manufacture and assemble virtually any size, shape, or iteration of a fluid dynamic part conceivable.


The Position

Reporting to the Group CFO, the RAUS Finance Manager holds a key position within the U.S. Plant, and this individual will ultimately be responsible for all accounting, financial reporting and cash flow management requirements for the U.S. Plant.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS

• Manage all Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, ledger maintenance, revenue, costs and assets accounting.

• Preparation of annual revenue & expense budgets.

• Preparation of monthly financial statements by the 10th day.

• Cash Flow projections and reporting presentation to Group CFO.

• Variance analysis of monthly financial statements.

• Track work in process in accordance with GAAP.

• Assist with management of labor costs.

• Manage the processing of payroll (with the support of the external outsourced program)

• Assist quality and production departments with the management and mitigation of scrap materials.

• Manage the logging of accounting data in Microsoft Dynamics AX commerce management system (ERP).

• Evaluate and make improvements to accounting processes while ensuring that practices comply with organization accounting policies and GAAP.

• Work directly with the Plant Manager to improve overall plant profitability.

• Controls and overseas, from a financial point of view, cycle physical counts of the stock in order to improve stock rotation and consumption.

• Any other duty assigned by management in relation to the correct administration of the company.

Reflexallen is seeking an energetic, detail oriented and highly motivated Accounting Manager with strong cost accounting skills, and a high level of attention to detail.


Specific experience and attributes of the Accounting Manager will include the following:


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of cost accounting experience in accounting manufacturing, with previous significant experience in A/R, A/P and preparation of financial statements.
  • Ability to prepare and present all aspects of a budget to senior management.
  • Ability to prepare and present all aspects of periodic financial statements.
  • Strong working knowledge of KPIs to pinpoint inefficiencies and potential quality issues proactively.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and in teams.
  • Experience of using an ERP system to manage accounts, ideally, but not exclusively, Microsoft AX.
  • Extreme desire to dig in and learn.
  • Ability to “embrace and solve problems”.
  • Proactivity, willingness to deal in an international context headquartered outside US, capacity to face stressful situations and respect deadlines.
