Job Title: Warehouse Office Clerk

Location: Dallas, Texas

Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

We are looking for a Warehouse Office Clerk in Dallas, TX. As a Warehouse Office Clerk you will be responsible for performing clerical and administrative functions for shipping and receiving areas, while ensuring excellent quality assurance and customer service.


Responsibilities:

● Hands-on involvement in all aspects of warehouse office administration

● Provide administrative, clerical support to various management and operations functions, including but not limited to filing, faxing, scanning, and emailing

● Provide top notch customer service and/or escalate customer inquiries and issues

● Prioritize workflow to maximize the number of shipments resolved and sent out for delivery the same day

● Enter and oversee shipping and receiving documentation of inbound and outbound shipments

● Maintain, review, and complete paperwork required for the shipping/receiving process


Required Skills/Qualifications:

● Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly

● Effective verbal communication skills

● Ability to work successfully with a diverse population internally and externally, regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, or position

● Dependable, trustworthy, ethical, honest, and with integrity

● Organized, with the ability to follow a systematic method of performing tasks

● High level of independent judgment, organizational ability, and initiative

● High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

● 2 - 4 years related experience in a similar role or capacity preferred

● Good written and oral communication skills

● Good knowledge of general office equipment

● Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

● Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, and customers

● Self-starter with the ability to multi-task

● Flexibility in the workplace; ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

● Detail-oriented problem solver

● Ability to work toward completing given deadlines and goals daily, weekly, or otherwise

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
