The individual must have strong computer and communication skills, work well independently as well as part of a team, be able to build relationships with people across all levels, be able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment, and have experience working with confidential information.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Calendar management and serving as a liaison to other departments
  • Coordinating company events and community service initiatives
  • Managing tasks and projects to completion
  • Preparing communications for distribution
  • Occasional support of other executives as needed
  • Specialty projects as assigned
