The Role


Implement and maintain quality systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.


Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality and efficiency.


Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and procedures.


Investigate and resolve quality issues, procurement-related and ensure quality objectives are met.


Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.


Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans.


Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management and incorporate them into the plant's quality systems.


Support customer and regulatory audits, providing necessary documentation and information to demonstrate compliance with quality standards.
