Insight Global is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a Fluid Technology Solutions company in Wilmington, MA. Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing:
- Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and efficiently.
- Verify time and attendance records for payroll calculations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Software Expertise:
- Proficient in using ADP for payroll processing.
- Familiarity with Cornerstone Learning for employee training and development.
- Accounting and Compliance:
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Stay up to date with employment and labor laws.
- Communication and Support:
- Answer employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and compensation.
- Act as a subject matter expert on payroll system enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR teams to address employee needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or Payroll Administrator.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations regarding employment and labor laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
