  • 3+ years’ experience managing teams

  • Demonstrable analytical and report writing skills
  • Prior experience managing contractors and consultants
  • Proven ability to work effectively with managers, supervisors, and employees under stressful conditions
  • Ability to work independently on implementing and developing engineering team goals and strategies is required
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Experience with FERC and NERC compliance is preferred
  • Strong sense of integrity and ability to work independently
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite and database management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to climb heights and work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to be physically mobile (stand, walk, reach, climb, bend) and also the ability to sit for prolonged periods throughout the day/work hours.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.


Description

You will be responsible for leading the engineering team. Will provide engineering and technical support for generation and storage assets, manage the CAPEX budget and processes, manage construction activities and assignments which include oversight of engineering work performed by contracted engineers and others within the engineering organization.
