The Revelyst Outdoor Performance team is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Digital Content & Creative Services, to join our Outdoor Performance Marketing Platform team. The Outdoor Performance Marketing Platform priorities are to be consumer-first, to lead with our power brands, and to invest in the portfolio. Our marketing team will create consumer demand through smart brand & product promotion, best in class content & creative services, insight-driven shopper experiences, and focused channel activation.


As the Sr. Manager of Digital Content & Creative Services, you will work closely with individual brand Marketing leaders to build content plans. You will oversee a team of content producers and designers to fulfill those plans, develop policies and processes around that content creation and contribute in a significant way to the growth of the Outdoor Performance portfolio.


This position reports to the Vice President, Head of Marketing, and is based in Bozeman, Montana.


As the Sr. Manager of Digital Content & Creative Services, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Conceptualize, develop, and oversee the building of digital advertising assets to increase brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and boost sales
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Graphic Design, Digital Content and Content Production teams by establishing goals and developing guidelines, strategies, policies, and processes
  • Help to establish brand guidelines, core messaging, and tone of voice for our Platform brands
  • Oversee and support design, branding, and marketing activities across two studios in MT and UT
  • Manage a team of employees or external contractors whose duties focus on developing the brand or creating marketing materials, websites, and other content
  • Define the goals of each project and produce a concept and plan to meet those goals in partnership with brand marketing teams
  • Manage the budget for creative projects, hiring employees and contractors, and tracking progress


You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Digital Media, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience managing marketing and/or creative teams
  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
  • Proven leadership and team management skills derived from having direct responsibility for building and managing a cohesive, high-performing team
  • Keen business acumen plus the ability to function as a senior strategist with key members of the executive management team
  • Big-picture thinker and experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Excellent creative, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
