  • Applying project management principles for the development and delivery of GTA business projects
  • Facilitation and authoring of project determination documentation per Department of Management’s Project Management and Oversight guidelines, business cases, scope definitions, and project charters documentation
  • Management of the scope, deliverables, risks, and issues for assigned projects
  • Facilitation of gathering project requirements with business and information technology staff, business process owners, business process subject matter experts, and/or key stakeholders as needed for assigned projects.
  • Engagement of other Departmental stakeholders as necessary throughout project closure
  • Providing status reports to Program management and stakeholders
  • Documentation of lessons learned and conduct project closure activities
  • Minimum 5 Years of Information Technology Project Management experience
  • Minimum 2 Years of experience working in an established Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite to include Microsoft Project and/or project management technology tools
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute
  • Performing other related duties as required

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field. Or equivalent work experience.
