About Us

We are a small team of health tech operators who have collectively raised hundreds of millions of dollars from renowned technology investors, including 8VC, Founders Fund, General Catalyst, Softbank, and many others. We have built and held pivotal roles at three behavioral health unicorns.


Now, we are targeting the most critical challenge within the $90B behavioral health industry: the overwhelming administrative complexities that devour 40% of the industry’s operating margin. Our mission is clear— to dissolve administrative overhead by building behavioral health’s first AI-native employer.


About the Role

We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead, a role that will shape our operational strategy from the ground up. You will be responsible for building the infrastructure that launches and scales our D2C adult mental health business.

As our third operations hire, you will work closely with our founding team to create an ecosystem that empowers therapists to extend their reach and enables patients to easily find the right mental health support under their insurance.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the AI mental health space, aiding in strategic planning.
  • Implement efficient operational processes for seamless delivery of mental health services, addressing any issues to improve service quality.
  • Leverage data analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, user engagement, and operational efficiency, informing strategic decisions.
  • Translate strategic plans into actionable projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize workflows, resource allocation, and technology use to enhance operational agility and service delivery.
  • Use insights from data analysis and modeling to refine strategies and operational models, ensuring alignment with evolving market needs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with a background in consulting, investment banking, tech (or similar) – and an itch to make the jump to a rapidly-growing, early stage startup
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual rigor
  • Willingness to work 5 days a week in an office, working with a fully in-person team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environments


Our Culture

Hours tend to be longer than at most companies to reach high growth and our mission of building the first AI-native employer in behavioral health.


While the Founder was most recently Founder and CEO at a unicorn healthcare company where he scaled to hundreds of thousands of patients, the full-time team is currently only 5 people. The company is focused on sustainable growth, and the company is growing quickly to achieve its mission.
