We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager & HR Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our office operations and human resources department.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented individual who will take charge of all aspects of our office administration while also overseeing human resource management functions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of home remodeling and associated products, as well as a passion for improving our marketing efforts. This role will include purchasing products for our projects and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, such as managing correspondence, schedules, and maintaining office supplies,
  • Order, organize and track all products for our projects.
  • Take initiative to strengthen our marketing strategies and initiatives. Contribute creative ideas to enhance our brand presence and attract new clients.
  • Oversee human resource functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Function as a liaison between the management team and employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources (PHR cert. preferred) or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven office management and human resources experience.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend)
  • Experience marketing a small business.
  • Proficient in event planning and coordination
  • An initiative-taking mindset to address new challenges and drive continuous improvement.
