Application Development:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.


Architecture and Design:

• Develop application architecture and technical designs to meet project requirements.

• Optimize application performance and scalability.

• Code Quality and Best Practices:

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Adhere to coding standards and implement best practices, including secure coding.


Debugging and Troubleshooting:

• Identify and resolve application issues and bugs.

• Conduct root cause analysis and propose long-term fixes.


API Development and Integration:

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and services for integration with third-party systems.

• Ensure secure and efficient API implementation.


Database Management:

• Work with SQL Server or other relational databases for data modeling, queries, and stored procedures.

• Optimize database queries for performance.


Mentorship:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.


Required Skills:

• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework.

• Expertise in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and frameworks such as Angular or React.

• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including T-SQL and query optimization.

• Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.

• Experience with tools like Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps, or other CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.


Preferred Qualifications:

• 7-8 yrs of experience with microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Understanding of secure coding practices and authentication frameworks such as OAuth or OpenID Connect.

• Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks like NUnit or xUnit.


The expected salary range for this position is between $79,000 to $1,51,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
