As a Civil Staff Engineer, you will be working and collaborating with other RH2 team members in the planning, designing and construction of water and wastewater facility projects.


Responsibilities

  • Design and perform analytical work associated with all phases of engineering related to roadway, irrigation, stormwater, water, and sewer projects
  • Gain hands on training and experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D, and more advanced modeling programs in multiple disciplines
  • Growth opportunities to become involved in construction oversight as you gain experience
  • Interaction with clients and review agencies on projects


Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited University
  • Have obtained or can obtain an Engineer-In-Training Certification
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn standard design software including AutoCAD and MS Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for exceeding customer expectations
  • High energy, collaborative and adaptable


Compensation

Individual compensation will vary within the following range based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position $32.00-$44.00. RH2 values our employees’ work/life balance and compensates overtime for hours exceeding 40 regular hours in a work week.
