Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Medical Coder at Ntigra AI Applications and Services in Chicago, IL. The Senior Medical Coder will be responsible for coding medical records using RHIT, Health Information Management, and Medical Coding skills. They will also utilize their expertise in medical terminology to ensure accurate coding and prevent claim errors. The Senior Medical Coder will play a critical role in improving revenue and reducing manpower costs through efficient and effective coding practices.


Qualifications

  • Coding Experience, RHIT, and Health Information Management skills
  • Proficient in medical terminology and medical coding
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Experience with AI-based RCM Automation solutions is a plus
  • Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS) is preferred
