Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Textile Designer at Luxury Home Textiles located in New York City. The Textile Designer will be responsible for creating and developing textile prints, graphics, inserts, and embroidery designs. They will collaborate with the design team to produce inspired and design-driven new products. The Textile Designer will also work on sourcing materials and ensuring quality control.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in embroidery, textile prints, and graphics
  • Experience in working with textiles and understanding fabric properties
  • Proficiency in graphic design software
  • Creativity and ability to generate innovative design ideas
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work on-site in New York, NY
  • Solid understanding of current design trends in the home textile industry
  • Degree in Textile Design or related field is preferred
