IntePros is seeking 2 Strategy Integration partner to join our industry leading healthcare client in Philadelphia, PA These positions require 1 day per week on-site in Philadelphia. The Strategy Integration Partner is an internal consultant providing project management and business process improvement services. They will be responsible for managing large-scale projects in support of strategic initiatives. They follow a structured, project management approach, exhibit proficiency in planning, management, organization and communication.


Strategy Integration Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Manages large scale and various projects of moderate to high complexity as well as the scope and timelines to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Communicates relevant project plans and alternatives, including issue and risk analyses and mitigation strategies to project stakeholders.
  • Develops and monitors project budget and workplans and prepares appropriate documentation in support of planned projects.
  • Works collaboratively with leaders to estimate project resources.
  • Improvement: Promotes organizational transformation by advising on the planning and execution of business process improvement efforts throughout the organization.
  • Exhibits an understanding of different types of organizational problems and can identify and apply appropriate tools.
  • Partners with business and clinical leaders to manage and understand improvement measures, performance dashboards and score cards and to use data analysis to drive fact-based decision making.
  • Offers expert recommendations and influences toward best-fit solutions.
  • Adds a level of objectivity, business vision, and systems thinking (connects-the-dots) to the consulting conversation.
  • Assesses human systems to gather information about factors such as satisfaction, conflict, confusion, interest.
  • Develops communication strategies to support change.
  • Effectively builds and facilitates project teams with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
  • Clearly defines meeting purpose and goals.
  • Is consistent with meeting preparation - invitations, agenda, etc.
  • Demonstrates strong facilitation skills.
  • Ensures participants are clear on decisions, responsibilities, and future meeting dates.


Strategy Integration Consultant Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • At least 5 year's experience in professional leadership, quality, improvement or project management experience.
  • Previous experience with project management and business process improvement.
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
  • Certified Manager of Quality (CQM).
  • Project Management Certification (PMP).
  • Change agent demeanor; must be a flexible thinker with an ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment.
  • Knowledge of organizational dynamics, change theory, reliability and safety science, improvement methods and tools.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
