Lena Levine is the founder and visionary behind Startup Mentor AI. With a background as a full-stack developer and an MS in Computer Science, Lena transitioned to entrepreneurship in 2014 when she founded her software agency, Forcoda. 


Over the years, her expertise has evolved from software development to business and go-to-market strategy.

Drawing on more than a decade of experience helping startups validate software ideas and achieve product-market fit, Lena built Startup Mentor AI to accelerate founders’ success by providing expert guidance every step of the way.

As CTO and Co-Founder, you’ll lead the product’s technical development while Lena focuses on sales and growth. You’ll have the freedom to take on as much responsibility as you want and truly level up as a technical leader.


Your Role as CTO:


  • Lead the technical strategy and design the architecture of a scalable, innovative platform
  • Collaborate with the product and business teams to shape the product roadmap and deliver on milestones
  • Drive the technical vision, building solutions that set us apart in the startup ecosystem
  • Grow and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the highest execution standards
  • Play an integral role in securing funding and scaling the company
  • Take ownership of the technical side of due diligence during fundraising


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience with building web applications from scratch
  • Expertise in software architecture, AI/ML technologies, React JS, NodeJS, MySQL
  • Ability to build scalable systems from the ground up, with hands-on experience across the full stack
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a growing team
  • Passion for startups and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
