About the role:

Green Cardigan Marketing is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will be resourceful and driven by a competitive mindset to drive sales. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with a desire to win. As the sales coordinator, you will interact with the customer at the beginning of their buying journey. However, it is our goal to have someone who works hard and excels at this job and can move-up in the company to a more senior role.


Responsibilities:

● Outreach

● Prospecting: Prospecting for new leads, creating and working a list to contact.

● Qualifying Leads

● Proposal building

● Administrative support

● Support other projects as needed


About You

To excel in this role, you need:

● 2+ years of sales experience

● Great with details, follow-through and organization

● Strong communication skills and unafraid to ask questions

● Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

● Time management skills

● Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem-solve

● Experience growing client accounts

● Customer relationships

○ Communicate with prospect clients and clients, showing empathy and attentiveness to understand their unique perspectives and concerns.

○ Use high emotional intelligence to read customer cues, manage expectations, and defuse potential issues calmly and effectively.

○ Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients, understanding their comfort levels and adjusting communication styles accordingly

● Emotional intelligence / Relationship building

● Experience in legal is a plus
