JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Are you ready to take your construction career to the next level? Cattlemen Construction Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our close-knit team. This role offers the perfect blend of challenge, growth, and work-life balance as you manage a series of projects in DFW with travel as needed for short term projects in other cities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Be the champion of safety, protecting our team and customers at every job

- Lead and inspire on-site teams to deliver exceptional results with high level of communication

- Collaborate daily with our Construction Manager, providing valuable insights and real time updates

- Implement innovative solutions to ensure project success and client satisfaction

- Showcase your expertise in construction coordination, site logistics, and fostering well oiled teams

- Set up your team for success each week reviewing the schedule and preparing for the weeks to come

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

- 1 to 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role

- Proven track record in managing demolition, excavation, concrete, and utility projects

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish

- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office

- Valid driver's license and enthusiasm for travel within the assigned region
