  • Download Iparts Spec Sheet
  • Confirm Specs from quote to spec sheet – make notes (remove, OK, ETC)
  • Submit shop request via Wallace- editing specs as needed on Wallace submit shop request via Wallace- editing specs as needed on Wallace (Request date is 42 days from submit date)
  • Order power (Batteries/chargers) if needed
  • Meet with shop on Friday to confirm trucks are on track


  • POWER Edit pricing on B/S Breakout as needed
  • Enter PO information on vendors PO’s Include charger settings under charger line item
  • Include Truck Model under battery (EX: Raymond 475-C65TT)
  • Submit Otis order to order entry OE)
  • Email OE to process PO and send back to UED


  • TRUCK MAKE READY COMPLETE Received email notification complete
  • Check if there are additional trucks waiting on shop completion
  • Confirm we received signed lease docs & payment – confirm if lease docs need to be updated
  • If everything is good to ship- email salesman asking if customer is ready to accept
  • SHIPPING If customer is ready do BOL to ship out
  • Once shipped- receive ship log notification Ener warranty info into Irium notes
  • SENT TO BILLING Make sure shop has closed work order
  • Go to Otis
  • Make sure all serial #’s are added to line-item status
  • Click send to billing
  • Forward ship log notification with equipment listed to accounting letting them know file was sent to billing
  • Beginning of the month send accounting what is expected to invoice for the month.

SCRAP

  • Receive Completed Transfer of Ownership Form (TOF)Does it need to be cradled (If yes, quote customer)
  • Do the fluids need to be drained
  • Submit BOL for pick-up
  • Add Equipment to scrap log
  • Send shop Request to drain fluids
  • Submit BOL from Shop to Dumpster or scrap yard or battery vendor
  • Email accounting to scrap out of Irium
  • Up-date scrap log
  • Future State: Reconcile scrap payment against scrap shipped
  • Evaluate scrap cost to scrap value (payment)
  • See if we are breaking even or losing

Battery Evaluations

  • Confirm Batteries are Malin owned
  • Submit BOL for pick-up
  • Follow-up with battery vendor on status (repair or scrap) Evaluate cost to repair vs. battery age, etc.
  • Up-date spreadsheet
  • If scrapping send email to accounting to scrap out of Irium
  • If repaired – make note in Irium of warranty end date
