Role Description

This is on-site role for a Personal Trainer at Titanium Fitness STL in Brentwood, MO. This position is for evenings and weekends. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for creating and leading fitness programs, conducting individual and group training sessions, providing fitness assessments, and offering nutrition guidance to clients. He/She must be able to schedule clients using a electonic program. This position requires the trainer to have excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to work independently.


Minimum Qualifications

Experienced

  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) qualification

. *Must have quality certification such as ACSM, NASM, ISSA.

  • Must be CPR certified with an in person class

. *Online CPR class does not meet this qualification.

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to positively motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels
  • Must be a role model
  • Experience in creating customized workout plans
  • Knowledge of injury prevention, CPR and first aid
