Job Summary:

We are looking for an HRIS Systems Administrator to lead the support and configuration maintenance of our payroll and timekeeping systems. You will serve as a technical point-of-contact, ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, and supporting process improvements. This role requires a strong background in system configuration, reporting, and collaboration with HR and Finance teams to meet business needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional support for payroll and timekeeping applications, acting as the primary contact for issue resolution and system changes.
  • Coordinate and test software configuration changes and integrations with internal and external interfaces.
  • Advise on system configurations to improve efficiency, recommending and assisting with enhancements.
  • Assess and understand the impact of application changes on integrated systems and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to understand reporting needs and develop/maintain custom reports.
  • Assist in training users on the functionality of payroll and timekeeping modules.
  • Validate the integrity and accuracy of data across payroll and timekeeping applications.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate quality assurance policies and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Adhere to company policies, including OSHA, HIPAA, compliance, and the Code of Conduct.
  • Demonstrate regular and dependable attendance.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field, or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with ADP Payroll and Timekeeping or similar applications (ADP/KRONOS preferred).
  • Proven experience in configuring timekeeping applications and supporting system-related projects.
  • Certified Payroll Professional certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and HR/payroll processes.
