Director, Program Management (Phase II to Commercial)

Location: Lexington, MA

As part of the team, you will be responsible for:


  • Leading and managing global development program teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of program results.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop integrated development plans aligned with company and program strategies.
  • Establishing program goals and metrics, and effectively communicating program progress across the organization.
  • Proactively identifying and managing program risks, and recommending solutions to senior leadership.
  • Partnering with finance and functional program leads to refine program assumptions and budgets.
  • Managing clinical plans operational duties and aligning with clinical teams.
  • Supporting potential alliances to manage and deliver on contractual obligations and keep project objectives in alignment.


To excel in this role, you’ll need:


  • BS/MS degrees with 10+ years of experience in the biotech industry, with at least 5 years in a program management lead role.
  • Experience in Phase II Clinical to commercial phase biologics drug development programs. BLA experience is desired.
  • Strong knowledge of the drug development process, clinical operational planning, and related functions.
  • Experience in GxP environments and familiarity with clinical and regulatory standards.
  • Expertise in developing Gantt Charts/Smartsheets and designing engaging PowerPoint presentations, with relevant samples to share through the interview process.
  • Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment and make nimble decisions with team buy-in.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and collaboration skills in presenting ideas to teams and the C-suite.
  • Ability to commute and work on-site 4 days a week at the Lexington, MA site.


Salary Range: $200k-$250k
