We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Salesforce. This role involves managing and optimizing Salesforce operations, supporting data-driven marketing strategies, and contributing to the enhancement of tools and systems. Ideal candidates have a background in financial services, specifically asset management, along with a passion for analytics, problem-solving, and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, including user administration, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for sales systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
  • Develop and implement reporting and analytics capabilities to support sales and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee data management and cleanup projects to improve data quality and usability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancements, research new tools and applications (including AI-based solutions), and implement improvements.
  • Provide training and educational resources to Salesforce users, ensuring they can effectively leverage the platform.
  • Utilize project management tools like JIRA to track tasks, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Support cross-functional teams by providing insights derived from Salesforce reporting and analytics.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of proven experience with Salesforce.
  • Financial services experience (asset management preferred).


Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce administrative tasks (user profiles, workflow rules, reports, dashboards, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and other project management tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.


Certifications:

  • Salesforce certification is a plus.


Additional Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with data management, cleanup projects, and system limitations.
  • Experience training users and creating educational resources.
