The Sales Manager is directly responsible for leading the sales efforts specifically with program qualification and development. Sales Managers manage hotel partnerships and seek new opportunities to increase hotel market share. This position builds on internal partnerships and starts to develop self-generated opportunities.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Access.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Knowledge of the destination management industry
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field


Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Lead generation and relationship development with key target hotels
  • Conduct presentations and lead site inspections for hotel partnerships and other business opportunities
  • Ensure that KPI’s and Key Results are measured and met
  • Works directly with the creative and events department to ensure excellence at every level of the client experience.
  • Works in line with the operational procedures of the organization towards its revenue and gross profit goals
  • Diligently supports the organization by referring clients to the ACCESS brand.
