*Transitional Bonus Based on Production*
- Day-to-day- 90% payout
- Private Equity- 10x multiple on pledged production

- Knowledgeable Admin Support: On day one, enjoy administrative support with time-consuming tasks like new account opening, logging in contributions and distributions, processing RMDs, and answering other account-related questions. The position prefers:
- Candidates with, or working towards, a CFP® a major +
- Experience serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Experience with eMoney, Tamarac, and Morningstar
- The desire to grow your business through hard work, business acquisitions, and/or marketing
- Must have a positive attitude and want to affiliate with a team that believes we all work and succeed together
- Clean compliance record
- Licensed in Series 7 or 65 and 66, and Life and Health Insurance
- College degree or equivalent
- Minimum of $25 million in AUM
