Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all maintenance and repair activities for two Class A buildings.
  • Supervise and manage a team of three engineers, providing guidance and support.

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Building Engineer or similar role in managing Class A buildings.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
