  • Help maintain records of scheduled maintenance activities.

Work Environment: This role requires working both indoors and outdoors in a residential setting, where noise levels may vary.

Physical Requirements: The position involves walking, standing, lifting, bending, and climbing, with the ability to handle items weighing up to 30 pounds. Manual dexterity and the ability to follow instructions are essential.

Position Type: This is a non-exempt position with hours determined by property needs.

Travel: No travel is anticipated for this role.

Qualifications: A minimum of two years of experience in building maintenance or related fields is required. Candidates must be able to respond to emergencies swiftly and communicate effectively.

Supervision: The Building Maintenance Specialist reports to the Chief Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor.
