This posting is for multiple openings of a Manager Medicare Producer
This role will require travel throughout an assigned territory on a weekly basis
The position that covers the Southern Oregon Territory will provide coverage in the following counties of Oregon State: Lane, Marion, Bend, Deschutes, Coos, Jackson
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the sales growth of the Medicare Advantage producer sales channel in their assigned market(s)
Recruit new General Agencies/Producers to sell Medicare Advantage products
Develop relationships with assigned General Agencies/Producers to assist them in achieving their sales
Bachelor’s Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
5+ years of Medicare health insurance sales experience
Experience working with and establishing relationships with Medicare producers.
Local market experience, including established producer relationships.
