Duties include:


Financial Controlling and Reporting

- Collaborate with development teams to monitor project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures monthly.

- Ensure accurate cost allocation and perform accrual and cash reconciliations.

- Maintain databases for key US contracts, including leases and intercompany agreements.

- Review financial statements for compliance with US GAAP, group policies, and other standards.

- Assist in preparing quarterly group reporting packages with accounting teams.


Financial Management and Improvement

- Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, providing strategic insights.

- Prepare financial reports for senior management and Board presentations.

- Develop and implement financial policies and tools to enhance efficiency and compliance.

- Ensure internal controls safeguard company assets.

- Support M&A transactions, including financial and tax due diligence.

- Work with the Finance Manager on strategies aligned with company goals


Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CFA, CPA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial consulting, or accounting, preferably in renewable energy.

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a plus.

- Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
