Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team in NYC. In this hands-on role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination and upholding our commitment to quality standards. From managing invoices and inventory to optimizing production processes, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and excellence across our operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Active participation in daily activities with full team accountability
  • Management of invoices, shipping, and receiving for daily deliveries
  • Oversight of warehouse and inventory management
  • Coordination of daily operations and team activities
  • Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of warehouse and retail operations
  • Supervision and maintenance of quality standards


Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Experience in operations management, preferably in the food industry
  • Knowledge of inventory management and quality control processes
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Process and systems expertise
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and relevant software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of spices and culinary arts is a plus
