Senior Manager, Investor Relations Responsibilities:

  • Maintain responsibility for press releases and investor presentations, while representing the company at road shows as needed.
  • Conduct financial modeling to support strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and communicate the company’s narrative to investors, effectively promoting our business.
  • Report directly to the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and engage with external investors.
  • Enhance processes and optimize operations for greater efficiency.
  • Experience in an in-house investor relations role is preferred.
  • Opportunity for significant exposure to the C-suite.


Senior Manager, Investor Relations Qualifications:

  • At least 7-10 years of finance experience, preferably encompassing a mix of investor relations, research/sell-side analysis, buy-side, insurance, corporate finance, consulting, or banking
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Solid understanding of financial reports, metrics, and data analysis tools
  • Experience in developing financial models and familiarity with valuation methods used by analysts and investors
  • Proven ability to quickly grasp new concepts and manage multiple assignments with a high level of quality
