HIRING FOR: LEAD Technician – Electrical Manufacturing / Industrial and commercial



Pinnacle Staffing Groups has partnered with a national electrical manufacturer that helps industrial manufacturing and processing facilities across the country power their operations with innovative electrical solutions. Our client is experiencing tremendous growth and is looking to hire several LEAD Production Technicians in Topeka, KS. These lead positions will play a crucial role in the production of prefabricated electrical/metal assemblies, skid packages, modular assemblies, control panels, motor control panels, and other similar assemblies.



These direct hire jobs are available immediately


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and direct production technicians in the installation and wiring of disconnects, panels, and transformers as specialty systems including PLC’s and HVAC.
  • Install and oversee wire lights, devices and various switches to include bending, cutting and threading conduit.
  • Participate in and direct the assembly of prefabricated electrical construction materials and the enclosure wall panels and roofs.
  • Panel assembly: Construct panel from layout to completion that includes completing various testing activities.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as commercial electrician or equivalent highly desired.
  • Associates degree or experience in industrial technology, manufacturing, or electrical is favored but not required.
  • Must be willing to teach and mentor other technicians commercial and industrial electrical standards.
  • Ability to read blueprints, provide direction/leadership on customer orders and specifications.
  • Work directly and collaborate with production management on meeting schedules, deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Promote a safe work environment.
