Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Description

We're looking for a skilled maintenance technician who can troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-voltage wiring, multi-craft maintenance, and repair. This role requires flexibility, self-motivation, and a strong commitment to safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical/electrical repair in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift 15-50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Willingness to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
