Part-Time In-Home Senior Care Administrator (Contract to Hire)

Do you have a passion for helping seniors age safely and comfortably in their own homes? Are you detail-oriented and possess strong administrative skills?

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team as an In-Home Senior Care Administrator. This is a critical role in helping us obtain our state license and launch our mission of providing exceptional in-home care to seniors in our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of all administrative policies and procedures for our in-home senior care business.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations for home health agencies.
  • Develop and manage caregiver recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate client assessments, care plans, and service scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate client records and billing documentation.
  • Liaise with families, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
  • This role does not require visiting clients in their homes, it is strictly a hybrid role between your home and office.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience within the last five years administering the operations of a home health business.
  • Strong understanding of state regulations for home health agencies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Registered Nurse is a bonus qualification.

Compensation:

  • This role will be compensated on a contractual basis during the initial licensure period.
  • Upon successful licensure and launch of operations, the position may transition to full-time with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • If a full-time role is not desired, the part-time contractual arrangement can continue.
