• Liaise with key players to fathom asset usage requirements and establish workflows that back asset creation, upload, sanction, and distribution processes.

• Train internal users on optimal practices for managing assets within AEM.

• Monitor asset usage metrics to assess the effectiveness of management strategies and identify areas for optimization.

• Collaborate with IT and digital marketing and brand teams to integrate AEM with other systems and tools.

• Stay updated about industry trends and emerging technologies related to digital asset management and provide recommendations for constant improvement.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in digital asset management in a corporate or agency setting.

• Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) administration, including user management, workflow setup, and asset metadata management.

• Excellent understanding of metadata standards and best practices for organizing and retrieving digital assets.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on precise metadata tagging and asset management practices.
