Head of Sales – Industrial & Commercial Printing (Inkjet, Laser, Flatbed)



Location: Fort Pierce area, FL

The Company

  • Recognized industry leader in the manufacturing & servicing of Industrial & Commercial printing machines and systems.
  • Provides industrial install, maintenance and repair services for a variety of OEM printing equipment.
  • Very established company and expanding year over year.



The Details

  • Build out sales team with additional Reps while supporting & optimizing current team.
  • Keep a strong cadence of developing new business and customer bases.
  • Create and follow through with sales campaigns for each product category.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand our market awareness
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base
  • Understand and explain machine concepts systems to clients and work with engineering team to meet clients goals and ensuring profitable machine projects
  • Travel to existing and potential clients and their locations
  • Build a strong sales network across the USA with own sales focused field service engineers
  • Ensure a ratio of 80/20 between existing customers and new customers
  • Travel to current client locations for sales support.



Experience

  • 2-3+ years of experience at the leadership level within a sales team.
  • Experience in sales with complex technologies. Industry experience is preferred.
  • This is important as the printing or laser marking/ engraving process itself has to be understood and explained as well as the machine technology necessary to build a machine that is capable of the process.
  • Experience supervising sales personnel.
  • Achieve sales goals in all product categories.
  • Ensuring all member(s) in the team achieve their sales goals.
  • Build a strong sales network across the USA with own sales focused field service engineers.
