Facets Configuration Analyst

Fulltime Position

2 days a week onsite in Rosemont, IL

Our client is looking to add a Facets Configuration Analyst that will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments and analysis of the clients benefit requirements, current configuration and make recommendations for improvements.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain and Audit Configuration against plan requirements.
• Research claims issues to troubleshoot configuration gaps and update configuration accordingly.
• Create and document re-usable test plans; mockup and execute test cases and provide test case results in clear and concise manner.
• Create/Maintain an online documentation repository for Facets configuration, as directed.
• Ability to make configuration recommendations on best practices to align with future business opportunities.
• Ability to train junior analysts on configuration tasks/duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with key stakeholder departments to find synergy and close process gaps. For example – find a better way for configuration team and say the medical policy team to work together to clarify policies and how best they can be operationalized.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to articulate/document the pros/cons when critical business/configuration decisions are required.

Background & Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Facets Benefit Configuration (SERL, SEPC, SEPY etc) experience, versions 5.9 or higher (Required), 6.1 R2 (Preferred)
• Working experience creating supplemental service ID’s, specifically around ICD-10 codes and POS (Required)
• Intermediate understanding of WMUD, WMWM and PCAC/PCAG configuration (Required)
• Working familiarity with BSBS (Preferred)
• Working familiarity with CLUM/CLMR (Preferred)
• 4+ years’ experience SQL/SSRS/Reporting skills working with Facets data models (Required)
• Working knowledge of ASO clients (Preferred)

Education and Certifications (R-Required, P-Preferred)

• R – 3+ years of experience working with healthcare specific data
• R – BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a Related Technical Field
• P – MS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a Related Technical Field
• P – Training Courses: Facets Product Foundation
• P – Certifications: Trizetto Facets Associate or Professional

The anticipated salary range for this position is ($80,000k-$100,000k). Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
