Synergy Pharmacy Services is seeking a Pharmacy Director to join our team. We are a full touch, customer centric pharmacy who offers the highest quality services. Our focus is providing exceptional customer service and meeting the needs of our clients.


Qualifications:

  • Possess strong leadership skills to lead by example, supervise staff, and oversee all operational, financial, and clinical operations of the pharmacy.
  • Able to represent the pharmacy in a positive and collaborative way towards business and health care leaders.
  • Works with the Pharmacy Manager to effectively communicale with customers.
  • Ensures pharmacy compliance with all regulatory requirements.


Experience Requirements:

  • Previous LTC management experience for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Experience with entire suite of Framework LTC products.
  • Superior management and interpersonal skills.
  • Intimate knowledge of federal and state pharmacy laws and guidelines.


Certificates, Licenses, and Registration:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy, license to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
