ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales & Member Associate at OsteoStrong in Carrollton, TX. The Sales & Member Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as assisting with sales, providing exceptional customer service to members, conducting facility tours, promoting membership benefits, handling inquiries and appointments, assisting with events and promotions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.


Part-Time employment may also be available for the right candidate.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
  • Strong sales aptitude
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with fitness or wellness industry (Preferred)
  • Membership-based business experience (Preferred)
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (Preferred)


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sales Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Available Saturdays
  • Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to pass a background check
