Job Summary
The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Support the sales floor team by assisting with sales floor resets, visual merchandising, and other tasks as needed.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to support receiving and stocking operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and climb ladders as needed.
