Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Rinehart Racing is hiring a competent, self-motivated employee to work as a Facilities Maintenance Technician The company is looking to make an immediate hire.


Duties will include:

  • Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
  • Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment
  • Maintain stock levels and spare parts within budget
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and assist with energy management
  • Oversee security of buildings and grounds
  • Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team
  • Be responsible for all building services including Janitorial, HVAC, Trash, Recycling, food Services, landscaping, and acquisition of building services equipment.
  • Manage all inputs/priorities into an optimal plant layout and advocate for change when required.
  • Manage waste recycling program
  • Draft required TPM program and repair efforts to improve uptime regarding facilities equipment.
  • Develop/manage the implementation of improved monitoring of all utilities.
  • Effectively addressing and supporting all emergency response efforts for immediate stabilization of operations and the safety and security of our employees.
  • Acting as a trusted liaison to deliver accurate responses and results up through your immediate management line and throughout the organization, as directed
  • Ongoing supervision of vendors, landlord and property management teams ensuring timely performance during regular and off hours, when directed.
  • Develops blue print drawings, floor plans, and other special drawings using CAD software as needed.
  • Oversees building projects and sub-contractors while work is being performed on company property.
  • Inspects building structures to determine the need for repair or renovations.
  • Reviews utility consumption and internal processes to minimize costs.
  • Handles special projects and requests as directed by the CEO & President.
  • 4 years experience required
