Person ideally possesses some or all the following qualities:

  • Degree in computer science, or something similar
  • 1-5 years of experience ideally, experience with any ERP application (M3, NetSuite, SAP, Peoplesoft etc.) Recent graduates welcome to apply if they do not yet have ERP experience.
  • Strong technology skills and a passion for technology  
  • Self-motivated

  • Business Analysis skills
  • Willingness to work hard and resolve issues
  • Articulate: excellent verbal and written skills
  • Highly analytical: interested in partnering technology with optimal business processes.
  • Excellent listening skills: After gathering information and hearing feedback, drive decisions and communicate.
  • Maintain patience and understanding.
  • Be flexible and agile.
  • Action and results oriented.
  • Anticipates and communicates issues.
  • Ability to develop and deliver technical and functional documentation.
  • Enjoys working with people, willingness to train on concepts and technology.


Helpful tactical experience:

  • Experience and knowledge with M3 specifically
  • EDI Experience (i.e. SPS Commerce)
