General

We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales cycles to closure.

To be successful as an Outside Sales Representative, you should be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of our products, software, and services, build instant rapport with the customer, and achieve customer satisfaction.   Sales experience and expertise in the following Verticals preferred:

  • Mixed Use Real Estate
  • Shopping Centers/Malls
  • Universities/Colleges


Duties/Responsibilities

  • Schedule and perform product demonstrations with customers.
  • Communicate with customers to identify and understand their product, software or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with new or existing customers.
  • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
  • Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic.
  • Creates monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and gross profit goals and be accountable to them accordingly.
  • Provides monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Maintains information of all sales activities by leveraging our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
