Logistics Coordinator

Seminole Office Solutions is seeking a skilled and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating deliveries, and managing installations efficiently and cost-effectively. You will be the point of contact between our team and clients, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Logistics Coordination:
- Schedule all deliveries, installations, and moves in coordination with clients to ensure efficiency in labor and travel.
- Collect necessary information for drivers and technicians.
- Serve as backup for the Dispatch team.
- Create and manage dispatch tickets for all installations, deliveries, pickups, and moves.
- Close out tickets, scan, email, and distribute completed orders accurately.
- Handle large client installation sales orders.
2. Client and Team Interaction:
- Communicate courteously and professionally with both staff and clients.
- Actively coordinate with the team to ensure timely and accurate service.
3. Inventory and Equipment Handling:
- Manage, transfer, and maintain inventory by following established processes.
- Ensure all interactions with the ERP system are precise and accurate.
4. Additional Duties:
- Assist with sales order verification and creation for supplies.
- Close out paperwork and invoices, scanning them into appropriate folders.
Software Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Experience with ERP systems or similar logistics management software is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, scheduling, or a related role.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or similar software is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
