Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator with a possible one day working from home. The Human Resources Administrator will assist with day-to-day HR functions, including supporting internal employee communication, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS maintenance, and analyzing and submitting benefit invoices. The Human Resources Administrator will also assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files.


Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of administrator or coordinator experience
  • Experience with Paycom preferred
  • Experience in MS Office, databases, and HRIS (HRIS) maintenance
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the financial industry or with a non-profit organization is a plus
