Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce and email / SMS platforms and assisting with the implementation of digital marketing initiatives to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Maintain product (wines, tastings, events) listings on our ecommerce platform and website, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times.

- In partnership with the Senior Manager of eCommerce and Digital Marketing, assist with the development and execution of digital marketing content, including email & SMS campaigns, blog posts, and third-party ads, to engage customers and drive conversions.

- Conduct daily quality assurance checks on our website for proper functionality, rendering, and overall user experience to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

- Support Senior Manager with data reporting, analysis, and various A/B testing.

- Ensure monthly compliance of our email subscriber list with Registry Compliance.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate for special campaigns.

- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ecommerce and digital marketing, and make recommendations for optimization.

- Other tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a similar role within the wine or luxury goods industry.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and drive business results.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.

- Passion for wine and a desire to contribute to the success of a prestigious winery.

- Experience with Klaviyo email / SMS platform, preferred.
