We are looking for IT sales lead or a Business development Manager with 7+ years of experience. He / She predominantly has experience of the sales and pipeline development and closure with leading organizations in North America. He / She has a thorough understanding of the IT services landscape, and new services development, from their previous stints working with an IT services company.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities in Managed Services
- Works closely with the CEO and other functional heads to develop market expansion strategies, in line with the services market emergent and dominant service trends.
- Evaluates existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn’t.
- Leads sales and client relationship management teams for accounts with significant mining potential.
- Proposes and develops strategic partnerships.
- Fulfills requests for proposals (RFPs) from potential partners and customers.
- Create contract frameworks and Negotiate the terms with clients to close sales
- Acts as a company representative in trade shows and other related events
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of IT capabilities to customers
- Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of enterprise sales experience, for ADM projects and new age managed services in Cloud Projects delivery. Analytics and AI / ML, ERP deployments
- 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in Business Development
- Proven track record at Closing large multi quarter and multi year deals.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- MBA degree preferably or an IT specialization degree
