Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of new products/initiatives based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities
  • Lead strategy development & 3-year innovation pipeline
  • Support existing/new product launches through various assigned tasks; develop project plans, monitor roadmaps, and support budget management
  • Work closely with team members to identify and consolidate new product development needs
  • Develop groundwork needed to support the advancement of new products
  • Support integration and inclusion of serviceability, manufacturability, reliability
  • Define active pipeline of new innovations specific to assigned consumer segments or categories
