Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM)
Chicago, IL - Hybrid Remote
Hybrid – Onsite 2 -3 days weekly.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager who will take on the role of a program management for one or multiple turnkey programs in Capital Market Services area. This position requires on-location presence at our client's site in Chicago, US (~50% of the time).
A strong background in Enterprise Application development and a comprehensive understanding of the Capital Markets are highly desired.
Requirements
15+ years of Industry experience, executing IT transformation programs.
Tech Stack - Java Spring, Kafka, Rest APIs, PostGres, Kubernetes, Database technologies.
TPM is expected to manage a fixed price project which involves these above technologies in Agile delivery Model, so must have expertise and experience in managing Fixed price project
Proven experience as a Client Engagement Manager, Engineering Manager, or Program Manager in enterprise application projects.
Experience working in the capital markets/financial services domain is highly desired.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge and understanding of enterprise architectures.
Familiarity with Java Spring, Kafka, Database technologies
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA).
Solid understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
Experience with cloud-based solutions and microservices architecture
Leadership and Communication:
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Client Engagement:
Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
