We are assisting our client in hiring a Recruiter to serve as a trusted advisor to their hiring managers and colleagues. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and referring intern applicants to appropriate internal operating groups company-wide. Demonstrating your skills in interviewing techniques, an excellent understanding of the company's organizational structure, industry knowledge, deep understanding of personnel policy and procedure, as well as federal and state laws regarding employment practices is key.


This is a contract position through April 2025.


Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days working remotely.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and staff open positions.
  • Develop approaches to identify and source talent.
  • Direct recruiting.
  • Participate in career fairs and open houses.
  • Recruit diverse talent to support the company's diversified work teams.
  • Work closely with hiring managers in the development of the recruitment and selection plan and establishment of employment offers.
  • Conduct reference checks.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years recruiting/HR experience or a combination of higher education and experience.
  • High quality professional level work product, a positive attitude and behavior traits, initiative and productivity are expected in this position.
  • Ability to meet deadlines; accomplish work in order of priority; professionally maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure and changing conditions.
  • Ability to make recommendations on hiring decisions.
  • Organize and prioritize work.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, strong teamwork orientation, positive attitude, and professional customer service skills.
